Sixth Form success for Kenton School A-level students

 

Students, staff, governors and trustees at Kenton School are celebrating the success of sixth form students after the A-level results were released today. The results demonstrate another year of positive outcomes.

 

This year, outcomes in Further Maths, History, Textiles and Performing Arts were particularly strong with a number of students gaining top grades.

 

All students have secured their next steps and most have met or exceeded their offers gaining them access to the UK’s best universities.

 

Within these results, there are many outstanding individual performances including Ken who achieved A*AA , Zoe who achieved Distinction*AB and Joshua who achieved Distinction*AB and is going to study Graphic Design at Northumbria University.

 

Assistant Principal, Head of Sixth Form, Andrew Swan said, ”We are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our Sixth Form students this year.’

 

Principal, Sinead Green, said: “I am so proud of all our students and the brilliant results they have achieved. These are another set of incredibly positive outcomes which are testament to years of hard work from all staff and students. I wish all of our students the very best of luck with their exciting next steps.”
